Speedy 25 or 30?

Well....I am poised to pick up the phone and call Louis Vuitton on Bloor and order the Speedy...(never mind I am going to Toronto on Saturday)...the question is..the 25 or 30? I was going to get the 25 so I can carry it to clubs etc., a couple of my friends have it but it is small...I am a big bag kinda gal and the 30 seems perfect but I hear different opinions...is it something I can use every day? I.e. even taking my books and stuff in it (to class)? Thaaaaaaanks

Never mind!! I called Louis and just paid for my Speedy 30

hmm they are faxing me an agreement form??

I've been using my 30 lately and it can fit a lot! I went to an event the other day and I was able to put my digital camera, a bottle of water along with the other craps that I carry with me. I also have the epi speedy 25. The size is great for everyday going to work.

Where in Canada are you from? If you're having put on hold in Toronto for you, why did you have to pay for it first on the phone?

No it isn't on hold. I just paid for it over the phone and they are shipping it to me over night. I am in Nova Scotia right now but I live in Ontario..

I want to be able to even carry a few overnight things (i.e. toothbrush, shampoo, change of undies) that wld be okay in that bag right?

Aaaah okay, I was confused. I thought you paid for the bag so you could pick it up in Toronto on Saturday.

The 30 would be good enough for that IMO.

Yeah I am silly...I could wait until Saturday but then I rationalized it that I can use it on my flight plus it saves me on the number of stores I want to shop at...ah it is wack logic but it works for me

They have regular delivery but I didn't ask...I wanted overnight and it was 50 dollars

i just purchased a speedy 25 a few weeks ago and i think its absolutely perfect. i can fit my planner, checkbook wallet, digital camera, bottle of water, and other odds and ends as well.

It came today. Very fast indeed...truly overnight. I think the 30 is so small!! lol..so the 25 would have been waaay too small for me...I am even debating on the 35 now ;) No I will stick with the 30 it is perfect. Hmm I can't wait for the handles to brown though

For my epi 25, I can fit my wallet, business card holder, sunglasses, makeup pouch, key holder, small wallet for change, car key, chewing gums....and more. It should be big enough for everyday stuff.

Wow. I have a 25 and I only fill up 1/10th of it. The 30 is waaaaaay too old

Lately, I've been catching myself not even carryin a bag out.

saw some pictures of 30 that sagged..
ended looking soo big dont they?
I am only 155 cm.. would that look far to big on me?

mmmm I am 24 and I think the 30 looks fine on me when I carry it, I don't feel old @ all. I carry a lot of stuff and it works that it can be used during the day or even last night when I went to a friends place I was able to pack some overnight items in there...it's perfect!! @ the end of the day, a bag depends on you the person and what your tastes are I guess...I can't wait for the straps to change colour...LV said to leave it in the sun too if I want so I may do that

I think speedy is for ages.

To prevent a speedy from sagging, some people line a cardboard on the bottom of the bag. I use a purseket and it helps a little.

i dont mind if the bag sags and it doesnt look too big for someone my height
i think this is too big.. just my opinion

but this is not too big ... though similarly 30 speedy

i have both 25 and 35. after carrying around the 35, you realize how small the 25 is. you have no room! it's all tight in the bag... and i'm only talking about small wallet, sunglasses, makeup, and cell phone. the 35 is a bit big so i think 30 would be best.
