Not my brightest moment... help

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
I bought two LV bags on Ebay. The prices should have been a red flags, but they werent...

I have received one out of the two bags, and it was deemed 100% fake by my local LV store. Seller is refusing to return. Any advice in this situation?

I am waiting for one bag to arrive, but when I am looking closer at the bag I fear it is a fake too. The style and color is really off.

It is fake. File reports with EBay for both bags if the sellers will not refund you.
