It's possible but I'm not sure how long it'll take and how much it is. I'm assuming it will take at least 3 months until you get it back though

i saw a girl in purseforum bascially refurbished her vintage monogram speedy. she had the handles and everything replaced, except the monogram body. it came back looking amazing...and i think it was $300 to do it...

but all i want is the metal parts done...my handles and everything still look good...

Take it into the store and ask. It should be okay as long as you're not replacing the discontinued material.

Yes, hardware can be replaced at LV store and yes it can sometimes a few months.

D: is that the zipper you're talking about?

Yah, they can definitely replace. For something that small, I am pretty sure it's done in US and you shouldn't have to wait too long. I had the zipper of my mom's speedy fixed a few years and I *think it was around $60-70 but they didn't replace the zip pull, just fixed the zipper.
