why pay $400 for used from a dishonest shiller- when you can get a BRAND NEW one for not much more...($200 incl taxes)...jeesh, some sellers YUK

Yah very likely it's shilling. Two of the 0 fb bidders were both registered just days ago.

The alignment (looking at the bag from the front) looks off to me. Arent the LV symbols supposed to be in line with the handle patches? The real way I could tell the alignment was off was in the pic where you are looking down at the bag, the symbols on one side do not match up with the symbols on the other side. I believe they are supposed to! The inside rivet does not look right either. Sometimes the only way to tell (especially with AAA fakes and even they sometimes get it right) is the inside font where it says "Louis Vuitton, made in... There's a special way that LV makes their font and counterfeiters cant seem to get that correct. If anything I think the bag in question is one of the more well-done fakes but something will give it away!
