I'm not very sure of the papillon 19, but I don't think its real. The leather looks a little off and the monogram on the left side doesn't look like its the same distance away from the end as the one on the right side. But, you might want to ask an expert.

It's supposed to be a 30 but this one is fake. Handles, dust bag and card all look wrong. Even the shape looks wrong too.

I would have thought FAKE too. The handles look off and filmsy like. The color of the dustbag looks too dark and off, and the paper work doesn't come like that. I didn't know that the Papillon came with a mini Papillon, does it?

and the dustbag... see how the drawstring is on ur right... well.. the LV supposed to be facing that way too... but it's facing the other way
and the monograms like everyone else says is enough to say it's fake

How much are you planning to spend? I can help you find a Pappi 30 for a decent price if you want. Also, do you have to have the mini pouch also? Most ebay auctions don't have it included. They range for about.. $350-400 without pouch and $450-$550 with it.

LOL about the LV being printed on the dustbag the wrong way! I didnt notice that-good eye! And yes anytime you see that bronze envelope with an auction (or a bag) it's fake. Vuitton does not come with those bronze envelopes nor do they come with care cards (some do but most dont) and they certainly dont come with authenticity cards!
