| | | Your guide is awesome but I would like to add one thing, or rather one thing I noticed on a fake set my mom got. The tag, and I compared it to my real Juicy from Nordstrom, said Love, G&P. So, the fakers have caught on. Mine said Love P&G so it was last years. The way I could tell her stuff was fake was the "J" zipper pull. The fabric was really nice for a fake. I was surprised. I told her I would handle the return, but she is keeping them to just lounge around the house. I don't know why, she has 10 real sets! |

| | | Yes. She is an ebay virgin(!) and didn't tell me she had bought them until they were on the way.
I scolded her (like I was the mama) and told her we would send them back and demand her money back, but she wanted to keep them.
I told her not to DARE wear them out of the house, but honestly, nobody in T-roy, Alabama will know the difference.

| | | it shows in the guide, but another easy way is that the crowns on the authentic tags are white and fake ones have yellow, brown, gold or whatever. and theres a R after the scroll on juicy couture. (but i saw i guess someone selling an authentic item on here that didnt have an R after the scroll?)

| | | The R could also be a TM from some of the older stuff before their tradmark went through. |

| | | Your guide is extremely helpful! I would make one addition. A lot of the postings on this website emphasize that eBay sellers that sell lots and lots of "sets" (pants and zipper hoodies) are generally fake. For those of us with a less discerning eye for Juicy, like myself, it would be helpful to look at your guide and be aware that sellers, even if they have really good feedback, that sell lots and lots of sets are probably fake.
Thanks! |

Thanks! | Thank you. The reason that I dont put that is because I sometimes sell in sets and there are other authentic sellers that sell in sets also. It is not often that I get an actual matching set but sometimes I luck out and get a lot! Thanks! |

I do understand that sometimes authentic sellers manage to find a set, but the fake sellers are EGREGIOUS with sometimes selling hundreds of sets. I didn't know to be suspicious in the past, and those sellers sometimes have amazingly positive feedback. I don't know how VeRO let's that sort of thing happen!
But, seriously, thanks again for your guide. It is one of the best on eBay. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
