Ok so i ordered some terry Juicy from Neimans yesterday and when i got the shipping confirmation it said velour on the order. I called them and told them what i ordered and said it was NOT velour. Well they said that the website is wrong and that it should have said velour and my order had already shipped My question is.... has anyone seen the color DAN (blue turquoise color) in velour? I thought it was a new color and that it was only in terry so far. I could be wrong but i told the idots this on the phone and they really dont have a clue. AM I wrong? Can anyone help me out here?

Right thats what i said but the ppl on the phone say they dont make terry in that color which is a LIE b/c i saw some last weekend at the store itself. I argued with this woman forever. So i hope its just a mistake and i get terry and not velour. ITs the velour i dont think they make in this color.

maybe she just has no clue what she is talking about. let us know what you end up getting.

Can you return to store if it's not what you thought you ordered?
