Does anyone know if the Uggs for this season have the holographic UGG tag (with the suns) inside BOTH of the boots in a pair? I bought a pair of classic short for my sister from Nordstrom so I'm guessing they're real, but only the left boot has an UGG tag with the hologram inside. The right boot also has a slightly asymmetrical sole design and is cut slightly taller than the left boot on one side and has an off-center back tag...but how likely would it be that ONE boot of a pair could be fake? (So I'm trying to attribute it to slight manufacturing variations...but the inner holographic tag is what's throwing me off [because I don't know if that's how UGG makes them].)
I can take some photos later and add them to the post.
ETA: Here are some pics.
This is the tag I'm talking about--it's only in the left boot and I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be. It says "UGG australia" and has the little holographic strip:
Slight height difference (it's a bad pic, but the right one is taller on the left side of the boot):
Off-center back tag (compared to sole and back seam):
The right sole also has an off-center sun pattern, circled here (the center ray is not perpendicular to the end of the sole):
For comparison, here is the left sole. The rays are symmetrical and the center ray is centered:
I have no idea if I'm just being nitpicky or not, but I know there are fakes out there...and I would hate for my sister to be wearing fake UggS...like everyone else! Any help will be appreciated.
