I saw some shirts at Old Navy this weekend that immediately made me think of this look for much less.

I can often get away with their fits in tops just fine (although their pants are often iffy). I like the looks they've made with the plaids in particular so to do them cheaper is definitely appealing. Now if you managed to find a polka dotted one like this there, I'd be at the ON I used to work at in 15 minutes!
