I don't have any pics because I still haven't seen this yet. I just want something made out of satin or maybe even stretch satin... maybe other material, too. Just something strapless, body-hugging, and that goes down to a small opening around my knees and hits right in the middle of them (I have long legs!). Any ideas on brands to look for?? Karen Millen maybe?

Easy Petite Looks

Angela, kind of, but I don't think I want any embellishments or rouching. I think I want it just plain black satin. But that is the perfect length and it looks like the opening is good, too.

Amber, I saw those a bit earlier. I think the knee opening is too big for what I'm looking for. I want it tailored in to the knee so that it kinda looks like a mermaid dress with the flare cut off. Slit in the back, obvi though! lol.

Those are pretty, Carol, but I want it to be a little more form fitting. I don't like that it has that cut and goes out at the hips. My hips are big e-damn-nough! lol. I just want something in satin completely plain (except maybe something empire at the bust) and super form fitting.

Hhhmmm! Maybe. I think that might be a bit longer than I'm looking for. Also, it doesn't look very good on the model... wonder if it is cut for very curvy chicks like myself. Hhhmmm. Probably not worth $160 to try. :/

You should see if you can get the dress you're imagining custom made? My friend got a customized dress done by her tailor and it actually didn't cost all that must.. but I guess it depends on how detailed you want it and the fabric you choose.

This dress is slamming on any woman with a curvy figure and a butt that actually has a hump! Lol! My in-store stylist Liz picked it out and it was amazing on. Never looked at the dress twice, didn't think it was my type. So glad I tried it on, I'm in love with it. Runs true to size. I wear a medium and the medium fit me perfectly!

Oooh Carol I kinda like those atria dresses, but the satin looks really cheap... like something you'd pay like $40 for or something. Idk. I REALLY like that first purple one, but it's shorter than what I want. I like this one too, if it didn't have that damn big shoulder flower thing. Liking this one, too. LOVE this one too! But they don't even have that in an 8 and idk when I'm gonna have to lose 15 lbs at least before I fit into a 6. Which I hope to do . . . but aaaah I like eating. lol.
