A lady I work with takes primrose to help to regulate her cycle and to also help with PMS. I was thinking of also trying it because I have terrible PMS. I am not on BCP because I have tried many different ones in the past and I could not tolerate them.

Does anyone know anything about primrose? I would appreciate any information or personal experiences on it.
