Aching muscles.

So right now my diet isn't the best, due to my lack of a kitchen, but I'm trying the best I can.
So lately my muscles have been aching off and on, and I know I'm lacking something, but not sure what.
Could I take a magnesium pill to help it? Or is it another vitamin I'm lacking?

are you talking muscle cramps or general pain? if it's the latter, go see a doctor. muscles become weak from poor diet, not painful.

Ok, on the same topic, my leg muscles really hurt lately. It usually happens when I've been walking and not eating right. It's so freaking painful at night that I can't sleep. What is it? I think we're no the same page nsynchic, but it's only in the legs for me.

It's pretty much only the legs for me too, my calves and my thigh muscles. I'm pretty sure its not cramping, just lots of aching.
I just finished taking a shower and they feel fine now.

^ Yeah, it gets better after I take a bath. But man, it really does hurt doesn't it?
