can you change way you sleep?

so, for the past couple weeks, i have been waking up like on top of my arm on my side at a really weird angle. that shoulder hurts like *&>! when I first wake up, and is sore for the rest of the day. it was fine for a couple days, but when I woke up today again I could barely move my arm all morning. I dont know if I injured it somehow and the way I sleep is just exacerbating it, but is there any way to 'train' yourself to sleep a certain way? i tend to roll around a lot when im sleeping, but I share a queen size with the bf so I don't see how far I can go...

any ideas? i fall asleep on my back, but always wake up in this freaking position..

Tell your BF to go sleep somewhere else?

This might keep you from rolling over...
