| | yes, all the time, but my blood pressure is funky. usually means you slept on one or both in some wierd way. (sometimes you move before you wake up, so its not obvious)
I wouldn't really worry about it (at least I dont ). sometimes my entire arm is numb and i have to physically shake it with my other hand to get the feeling back.

if it's a lingering numbness/tingling until you move around a bit, it's likely what julia said |

| | | If it's lower arms/wrist area, carpal tunnel perhaps. This was my mom's first symptom |

| | | I actually woke up once touching a hand (not knowing it was mine because it was asleep) and freaking out for a few seconds about what I had done last night... That was insane. I really thought it was someone else. |

| | | i can't recommend a good pillow - i have 4 different ones so that i have options when i need adjusting.
i had persistent tingling in my thumb (for about two days) and it was tendonitis.
i am just thinking that it might be something from you working out - like the tension in your muscles doing something when you are lying down...or you may have pinched something. if it is persistent, you might want to have a doctor check it out. good luck.

| | | It most definitely your pillow or your mattress. If your mattress is older than 6 years, you should considering changing it.
Other remedy is wearing a wrist supporter while sleeping. I used them on both my wrists for about two months and the numbness went away. |

| | this has been happening to me for years. (like over 10)
even sometimes my arms go numb too.
it doesn't matter if i fall asleep in my bed, the couch, or even sometimes when i fall asleep with zachary.
it happens to my husband too...the only way for him to avoid it at all is if he hangs his arm off of the side of the bed...and it doesn't always work.
especially if both want to go numb. |

| | | Last night I slept propped up on pillows and woke up with no numbness. Then I went back to sleep for an hour on my stomach with no pillow and my hands were sort of like at a 90 degree angle and I woke up with my hand numb from the elbow down. On the other hand, only the fingers were numb. |

| | | Mine have done that on and off since I had my daughter. I have carpel tunnel, but it was worse with pregnancy and after (carrying the baby in the carrier!) When it gets bad, I wear the wrist braces to bed for a few nights, and then they are ok. |

| | | Geebs, i wake up during the night because my arms are numb from the shoulder down. Also, sometimes they are really stiff at the elbow and they hurt to straighten.
I just figure it is the way that I am sleeping. |

I love it!
