Red bumps all over my...

FACE

Well not really. My cheeks.
I just came back from my tutorees' (people i tutor) house by bike. I assume that maybe it was something in the air that got on my cheeks. There is no red/itchiness on my forehead, probably because of my helmet.
Now this red/itchiness, I assume it's Hives. My skin had some sort of allergic reaction.
I have not scratched it at all. And only applied Aveeno Skin Relief moisturizing lotion.

Why the thread?
I wanna get rid of it!!
I have dealt with hives before, but the only thing I did was apply soothing lotion and let it go away on its own.

Other than makeup to cover it, are there any topical/ingestible remedies?

Maybe take Benadryl or ibuprofen? The benadryl would probably be most effective but the ibuprofen should make some of the redness go away.

Really? Benadryl? The description says that it only treats runny nose, itchy eyes, sneezing, etc but not skin.

Maybe you have a different kind, but the pink oblong ones definitely treat hives and even anaphylactic reactions (obviously anyone having an anaphylactic reaction also needs to use an epipen and go to the hospital, but both times I've gone, they have given me benadryl).

Wow thank you, I'll definitely try it out and let you know how it goes.
I'm so surprised because during my last hive breakout, I actually bought Benadryl and returned it after reading the description.
