ringing ears

sooo iv been feeling pretty crappy today (super tired, generally bla) and i had lecture for 3 hours back to back along with some other classes. my question is, is there some kind of medical explanation for ringing ears? it happened like 6 or 7 times today, pretty loud (like i would lose all hearing) for about 10-20 seconds; its never happened to me like this before... plus my blood pressure is a bit worse than normal (when i stand up after sitting down for a while i momentarily black out sometimes)

i looked it up online but it all says sinus problems; i dont have a cold.
anyone have any ideas? anyone on bc experienced this?

tia

Did you take aspirin-based medicine?

Tinnitus could be from high or low blood pressure too...

Have you been feeling tired lately, or just today, you might just be coming down with something-viral and this is a sign that it is coming....or if youve been feeling run down, possibly something like mono can also have this side effect

also, lots of caffeine or alcohol can do it too...as well as random ringing can be a sign of some slight losses of hearing

Hope you figure it out...it happens to me off and on (think it is small losses of hearing), but always a strange feeling.

Could be low BP. I was having testing done awhile ago and the meds made my BP drop a lot, and I had a little bit of tinnitus during that.

On an unrelated note, my friend has had tinnitus for his whole life...and since he's a musician, he figured out what note it was on, so now he acts like he has perfect pitch because he has that reference note constantly ringing in his ear

When I'm getting a sinus infection or flare up from allergies my ears ring. Maybe that?
