Well Cardio exercises are no doubt, wonderful if we talk from fitness and health view point. These also help to
lose weight rapidly and that is why people are shifting to cardio exercises for cutting weight, because they do
not give up taking fast foods and as a result they are over weight but cardio exercise such as swimming and
running would be the best to attain higher level of fitness.
