Cycling fitness!!

Well!!Cycling for 30 minutes just 2-3 times a week will help with all other aerobic exercise
too and reduce the chances of you having to stop your activity to get your breath back
and again improve your weight loss.So i like the cycling work for keep fitness of the body...

Hmm well cycling is the best for the good health it is really helpful for the weight loss and keeps us active it also keeps our legs active......

30 minutes? I prefer to do it for 1-2 hours at least. But that's one of my favourite sport activities. And yes, you can and will lose weight and improve your health with it. Plus I always choose tratidional bike over that gym machines.

Cycling is the wonderful activity that provides our body lot of benefits. We can burn lot of fat and calories with cycling and can get slim legs easily. I am also a great lover of cycling and do cycling after every week.

Yeah its true that cycling is the most effective exercise to stay fit and it is also true that cycling is the one of most favorite exercise to weight loss. To do such exercise people don't feel so tired but actually they have done a great work.

Hi...!
No doubt cycling is the most effect able exercise for the body maintenance because in cycling our all body parts move and its also increase our stamina. I mostly do cycling at least for one hour daily .

cycling is the best way to maintain your fitness and health i also do this exercise, with this we can maintain our body very easily thank for sharing with us.

Cycling fitness is one of the finest technique to live a fit and healthy life and it has several benefits. I suggest cycling for all the diabetes patients and also to heart patients but not more than 30 minutes.

I agree with you that cycling is best exercise , Recently my fitness trainer also told me about hybrid bikes, He told me that it is the best way to make strong your legs and its also beneficial for health,i agree with him and looking for cheap commuter hybrid bikes, If anyone knows here about it then also comment here.
