Kidney problems - any advise?

I have recently tried to apply for life insurance, Im sure all of ou know what comes along with that---TESTING...well i guess in my results i had a high content of protein....well i then had to take more urine tests (24H), ultrasound on my kidneys, bloodwork ..I was then reccomened to see a specialist, he just ordered MORE bloodwork, and I just finished doing a radio-active mra type test....(not sure what that one is called)....Well,
Im not sure what to expectwith my results, or what to think even, I think Im a pretty healthy person.......one more thing, my sis had the SAME results....weird....
This ever happen to anyone?
what should I expect?
He mentioned having a biopsy, I hope it doesnt come to that!!!!!!

looks like they're suspecting kidney disease. it's symptomless at the beginning; presence of protein in the urine is a red flag for further testing. some people have higher levels of protein in their urine than others, but it's clearly indicated to evaluate why.

life insurance companies will, or course, want every abnormality investigated...for obvious reasons.

could be a variety of things including cardiovascular or renal problems/abnormalities. not worth discussing here and you are best to have the tests done.
