Get back into the habit of going to the gym at least 4 days/week. I've really been slacking for the last month or so. I not only notice a difference in how my clothes fit, but also in my mood when I don't go regularly.

my goal is to become more "heart healthy". my family has a lot of heart/blood pressure issues, so we're going to improve that for sure.

My goals:

Get down to 9-10% bodyfat, I'm currently around 11%ish.

Tip the scales at about 195 pounds or so...up about 7 or 8 from where I'm at now.

Expand my healthy cooking skills to make my meals a bit less...boring.

Look great singing onstage with a band, with my t-shirt off (go ahead, call me vain...)

I've got the working out down, so definitely eat better. Cut out a lot of sugar from my diet.

I would say quit smoking, but that's not something I really want to do right now. Maybe next year. Or the year after.

Lose an amount of weight that makes me feel better about how i look and fit into my clothes.

I get that whole..."self concious" thing a lot right now. Quit that!

Cycle up to "grizzy peak" which is this hill I've attempted and failed a few times. It's hard!

Take my multivitamins and vit. D/Ca2+ pills more regularly.

Aww Steph I hope you are able to quit one day when you are ready. I'm allergic to the smoke to I'm rather anit-smoking, but I understand that it's really hard for people to quit!

I need to exercise more. I have heart problems so gaining weight isn't good for me. It gets really hard to breathe when I'm heavier so I need to lose these ten pounds FAST! I don't want to die young! And eating better wouldn't hurt.

LOSE THIS BABY WEIGHT!
Wakeboarding season is just right around the corner...and I not only want to look good in my bikini again, but I need to work on my muscle tone to help me get more height and speed.

*Fitness with a purpose...not just a number on the scale*

And of course 5Ks...10Ks...and eventually working my way up to the Huntington Beach Half Marathon Jan 2011. I'm REALLY excited to get back into shape. It's not till I CAN'T do these things that I really appreciate my body!

Find some time to take care of myself and start working out to lose the last of this baby weight. Just about to wean baby from breastmilk for good. Hopefully once my body realizes I no longer need the extra fat to produce milk, it'll start to come off. I will be sad if it's stuck on my body permanently. I'm just about ready to start selling off my denim collection because of it.

1) Start running again. I took about 3 weeks off and strictly did zumba. Love zumba, but running helps my mid-section.
2) Sprint/Interval workouts twice week.
3) 5 more pounds

I'm allergic to smoke too...I'm so happy to see all these bans on smoking in bars/restaurants

Yikes, what kind of heart problems my mom has mitral valve prolapse and we have a lot of heart attacks/strokes in my family so I get worried about that too...

I've sorta given up on making resolutions because I never keep them, but I really should start doing some strength training/toning. I'm such a typical cardio queen it's not even funny, and even when I'm "thinner" for my size, I'm still soft. lol

Lose a little weight. I gained 13 pounds in just a matter of 2 or 3 weeks . I switched my birth control and got on two new meds so I am not sure if that is what did me in? I am sure it is mixed with my lax eating before Xmas and my declined physical activity...but usually I only gain like 3 pounds when I get like that. (plus I am overly anal about weight since I lost a lot of weight in 2007)

I unfortunately gain almost all of it in the middle, so my jeans wont even button.

So, I would really like to cut out as much refined sugars and preservatives as possible and find new exercise routines. I am used to hiking in Washington and I don't really have that option here in Florida.

I started a weight loss program a few days before the new year, so my goal is to stick to it and actually complete it (for the first time in my life!) I have about 37 pounds to go. My other goal is to start going back to the gym next week and stick to it.

My goal is to stop putting everyting else before exercise when I get busy. I need to make an exercise date with myself and stick to it. No matter how many other things need to get done.

1) Work on getting things done early so that I don't feel so stressed out and anxious.

2) Try a spin class or two.

3) get back into hot yoga by finding a location near me. I miss it.
