Finding your true weight?
Everytime I weigh myself at the gym, it always fluctuates within an 8 pound or so range, depending on how much water and food I've eaten up till that point. I can drink a gallon of water before going to the gym and obviously that's not going to give me what my accurate weight is, I dont always eat/drink the exact same amount every day. So how do you tell what your real weight is?
