I sold two shirts to a buyer about two weeks ago who has a confirmed address. I get them back in the mail today with deodorant stains all over them. A black top is covered in white stains and both of them smell like body odor. It is really disgusting.

Anyway, she sent no emails telling me the items didn't fit and she didn't get tracking on the package she sent back to me. I will not be able to sell these items again because they are ruined. How should I go about this when she files a paypal claim? Is there anyway that I can file something against her. I am thinking not but just wanted to get some advice about the situation.

Well yeah, but now she has the items back, even if she didn't authorize it. You can't have the money and the item. The only solution is to take advantage of the buyer's mistake of not getting tracking, and claim you never received anything. It is truly the only choice.

My buyers seem to be getting more and more balsy. Today I got a negative because a shirt I mailed had not gotten to a buyer yet. This is my second neg since I have been a member (4 years). She paid on April 4th (very late in the evening) and I put her top in the mail on Sunday. She chose first class shipping and not priority. She leaves a negative on April 10 that just says "have not got shirt yet". Fucking bitch. :madbeating

I really think its this whole sellers can't leave negative feedback thing. A lot of people think its already in effect. Many of the buyers I have dealt with lately have been very high handed and rude. So many are buying and then telling me they made a mistake and didn’t know what they were doing. I am almost done with ebay I think.

^^It really is absurd. The fee hikes are one thing but not being able to leave negative feedback is another. I wish I could start a website where sellers could post user ids of people who are really problematic but it would never work and would be open to lawsuits.
