| | Stupid asthma medicine. Would I rather be shaky and twitchy and unable to perform fine motor functions with my hands and be able to breathe marginally better or not be shaky and twitchy and be short of breath and (potentially) wheezy? I already know the answer.
Is it any wonder I don't use my nebulizer anywhere near as often as I should? I think not.
Hopefully the shakes wear off before yoga. There's no way I'm going to be able to function and find my stillness like this.
