| | | The 2011 AF Secret Santa Gift Exchange!! CLOSED FOR SIGNUPS
This year we will continue the tradition of AF Secret Santa!
The deadline for signing up will be Tuesday, November 1st. Please PM me if you wish to participate.
If you are interested in participating, please PM me the following information:
Your e-mail address, name, and mailing address, ALSO PLEASE INCLUDE WHAT PLACES YOU ARE WILLING TO SHIP TO - USA ONLY, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA OR CANADA.
To participate you will need to send one gift or gifts valued at a MINIMUM of $30 and a MAXIMUM of $50. Please do not spend less than $30 or more than $50. This amount does not include shipping. The gift must arrive on or before December 20th. Each participant will be able to see their buddy's wishlist and gift preferences (favorite color, brands, etc) on Elfster.
**International members (including Canada & Europe) will be assigned to the international buddy list. This will ensure that you get your package before the deadline. **
Please read CAREFULLY. You must meet the following criteria to participate:
1.) Must have a post count of at least 1000.
2.) Your account must be in good standing - no corrective action, no negative past experiences with gift exchanges, etc.
3.) Your length of membership must be 6 months or more.
Exceptions may be given. Please PM me for more info.
Here's what will happen:
-Within 48 hours of PMing me, I will confirm that your name has been added to the list.
-Within a few days of receiving your confirmation, you will receive an e-mail from Elfster. Elfster randomly assigns you to a buddy. You will get an invitation from Elfster, you have to accept the invitation by clicking the link. If you don't, it will fail to work. IMPORTANT: Once you accept, please add your mailing address to your profile. I have the privacy settings set so that no one but the person that draws your name can see your address.
- On November 2nd, you will receive an e-mail from Elfster that will reveal your buddy's name and info. Then you are ready to go.
Once you have received your buddy's name, you can even use Elfster to ask questions anonymously.
YOU MUST PM me confirmation that you have shipped your buddy's package. In the US you will need to add delivery confirmation to your package. Canada & Europe please add the equivalent to your shipment.
DONT FORGET TO INCLUDE a card or note with your gift revealing who you are!
PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES - please PM me what your allergies are (smells, products, brands, etc.) so I can relay that to your Secret Santa.
If you sign up and decide you will not be able to participate, please PM ASAP and I can remove your name from the list as long as names haven't been drawn.
