Yup, it's time for me to get motivated in loosing that freshman 15 I just developed.
I'm really little (at 5'1) as it is so please no remarks on how I need to lose weight or anything!! I know my weight is in a good range right now but I'm not exactly in good shape so that's what I plan on working on.
The last time I weighed myself, I was at 115.
I dont have a scale here at college but I'll be flying home next Saturday so I can see the progress I've made then.
My current measurements:
Hips: 33 Thigh: 21 Bust:35
Yup. Abs and thigh are my target areas!! My abs are my biggest concern right now. Gotta be ready for that beach!!
What I've been doing recently:
1/2 hour on elliptical, stretching, ab work out (a variety of sit ups, etc.), butt work!
Yeah, I'm work out retarded.
Mainly for butt, inner thigh, and abs.

Edit: With the exception of an elliptical, I prefer not using machines.
Oh and my goal is to weigh somewhere between 105 and 110 instead of 115 to 120.
