| | | I tried them on at Bath + Body Works...but I felt no difference when walking around. Then I was at the airport last week and I saw a woman wearing them and I asked her if they really work and she said her calves DEFINITELY felt it after wearing all day. Im still skeptical!

| | Yeah, I didn't think they were that cute but I would almost wear any thing that would reduce the amount of squats I have to do! |

| | | i heard that they really do work. not as much as advertised....i mean, you can't really drastically spot-treat or lose all over form these but...i would imagine that if you wore these all the time and it works those same muscles over and over, it would eventually tone them up.

| | | Didn't Dr. Scholls do this years ago with a wooden shoe or something? I cannot remember if that was the brand or not but my mom had some in the 70's.
Liz, do the shoes feel heavy at all?

| | | I got them when they first came out from Bliss. I had seen them on Today show and got them last summer. They were sold out for the longest time and when they finally came I was disappointed. I probably didn't really give them a shot but I wore them around house for couple hours and didn't feel anything. Seemed like a waste of the money so I sold them on ebay and made $$ |

| | How do they work?! I wear flip flops 24/7. (I hate shoes!) Does that help with anything? haha. As far as flip flops go, Reef & Rainbow all the way! Yay for comfy!

| | i don't think you can really judge them (or anything) based on a couple hours of walking in the house. if they are meant to be worn as regular shoes....it shouldn't start to effect you after that short amount of time.
kattyish, the idea is basically in the way they're shaped. unlike flipflops which don't give you any support, the inner soles of these are shaped in a way that works the muscles in your legs. sort of like those MBT shoes without being as extreme. i don't know if they're noticeably effective or not, but that's basically the concept.

| | I wear FitFlops from long time and I don't know weather it help to be in shape or not and does it make you in shape. But I find it very cool and comfortable. Thaty's my reason to wear FitFlops. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
