Anyone heard of Perfect Pushup?

Has anyone here ever heard of the Perfect Pushup? it's this set of handles that swivel when you do pushups, It claims to be much more effective than regular pushups? Does anyone have these?

I have tried them and they are pretty effective.

Drawbacks.

1. Made of plastic and didn't seem all that durable.

2. There is no way to stop the swivel. So, if you wanted to a normal push up, you can't use those.

I would buy a pair of standard push up bars if you need or want a pair. The push up bar is really to get the pressure of the wrist and provide an additional 6 -8 inches in range of motion during a push up.

My friend Christy used it for a week, and by the end, she could do 10 more military push-ups than before. This is good, because she is in the miiltary! So she says it is effective but I have not tried it myself.

^this is good, I try to fit in 50 pushups a night before I go to sleep and sometimes my wrists hurt afterwards, these seem like an easy way to increase the effectiveness of the pushups.

turn your hands inwards a bit so your two thumbs and index fingers form a triangle

My husband has these and he works a bunch of different areas with them. Part of them are made of plastic but they are very sturdy and that shouldn't be a problem for someone under 300lbs.

This is what I use. Chest and back days, I do about 150 push ups in all during the workout and my wrists don't get tweaky.

Oh here is seller on eBay.

Everywhere else they are between $29.95 and $39.95.

Vik could probably beat someone up with his pecs,

and Visionary, the sets of 25 and the pullups alternating are very impressive, P90x is intense, I really want to try it but right now I just don't have the time.

Well Charla,

It's not always about the quantity. You definitely have Vik beaten in the quality of um....pecs. LOL!
