Yeah i think once i start using the intermediate videos you use stablity balls plus the bar. They say that on all the exercises you use your own weight to build your muscles and lengthen them which i like. When i used to work out with weights at the gym (even light ones) I'd get very bulky but I'd lose more weight overall. I hope this has the same effect with weight but tone and stregthen muscles at the same time. I'm still going to do my 45 mins of cardio 4 days a week with this also.
