Fluidity.. anyone heard of it?

I just had a great work out with Fluidity. Everything is done on this ballet type bar. You do stretches, situps and pilates mixed into one. I didnt think I'd be sweating by the end by not doing strenuous exercise but i was. i think this is something I'll be able to do everyday because its quick and i feel like i worked all my muscles. I want to get leaner and more toned so i hope this works.

it sounds great. In the horsemanship I study we practice "Fluidity", too, and it's about using your whole body correctly, being balanced etc. We use chairs, exercise balls, a gym horse thingy, etc... I love it....

Yeah i think once i start using the intermediate videos you use stablity balls plus the bar. They say that on all the exercises you use your own weight to build your muscles and lengthen them which i like. When i used to work out with weights at the gym (even light ones) I'd get very bulky but I'd lose more weight overall. I hope this has the same effect with weight but tone and stregthen muscles at the same time. I'm still going to do my 45 mins of cardio 4 days a week with this also.

My husband does a workout that uses all his own body weight (Matt Furey stuff) and he loves it and he looks great.
