Quick Ways to Shed Pounds?

I know this may necessarily not be very healthy... but I have a limited amount of time to lose a certain amount of weight... hahahaha. It's part of a bet.... and the consequences are pretty... scary. Any ideas?!
I'm currently a size 26 ish.. and I basically want to lose about one size? I want to be a small 25?

I really hope nobody replies to this with tips.

Losing weight quickly is not only not healthy, it usually results in you gaining back whatever you lost and then some, with a higher percentage of fat/muscle. You tend to lose muscle & water first when you crash diet.

You're a small person and it would be really irresponsible for anyone here to help you do this, sorry! Whoever made this bet with you obviously doesn't care much about your health.

^I hope you listen, babe...whatever consequences you'd get from losing the bet are probably small compared to the consequences on your health. You're very small as it is and there is absolutely no reason on earth for you to lose weight!

I totally agree with jess. Losing weight is one thing, but trying to do it really quickly is unhealthy.

I don't know how "healthy" this is... but some spas offer a detox package where you drink nothing but juice or honey or something for X amount of days... and you're supposed to lose weight fast. They usually combine this with seaweed wraps and lymphatic massages too.

As Jessani has mentioned the loss will mainly be water weight tho.

I agree with jessani 100%. Losing pounds fast is not a good idea for general health... and in my experience I gain even more back.

However, to start myself on a healthy path I usually cut out processed sugars and white flour, most meat (I am an experienced semi-vegetarian) & cram as many fruits and veggies into each day as possible. That way you get maximum nutrients (V. important) and maximum food!!

Be careful hon!

Who would make a "bet" with you in the first place to lose a bunch of weight in a short period of time? This worries me b/c if it was a real friend they would not want you to compromise your health like this. 1.) you don't need to lose weight in the first place 2.) there is no healthy way to lose a lot in a short period of time and you will gain as much or more back when you start eating normally (like Jess said)
