My New Year's Resolution
I actually am on the road to fulfill my resolution for a healthier life.
I signed up to a gym (expensive, but motivates me to go almost every day there for 1.30hrs), and now I would like some advice.
I want to loose some weight, but also be fit.
Currently I'm doing 1hr on the cross trainer (cardio), and about 20-30 minutes of strength/Weight training.
Is there anything else I should add?
