well I don't do it anymore
since I'm doing other stuff now (I'm taking a "power pilates" class twice a week which is like winsor but 3x harder
).. but back when I did it for a year and a half straight. I did it pretty much every single day. I started seeing results after doing it for 2 weeks or so (like they say you will in the dvds) and that really motivated me to do it whenever I had the chance. Moves I was struggling with in the beginning started getting easy so I started adding in all the dvds that targeted specific areas as well. I had lean toned abs and people I had known for years were suddenly commenting that they liked my waist line. You definitely tone up and you feel taller and you're always sitting or standing up straight without even you making a conscious effort to do so after a while.
The dvds say do the 20 min workout 3x a week and you'll see a difference in 2 weeks. I would start with that and start increasing the frequency (since you'll get used to it). Then maybe start doing the 40 min ones every other day? It all depends on you!
