Run or Bike?

I'm not a runner, but I could be right? I can still ride a bike, I hope! My ? which would trim my legs, and booty better?

running burns more calories than biking and gives better "results" and more cardiovascular benefits, but is harder on joints. squats and lunges tone wayyyyy faster.

Yes, this. Squats/lunges are awesome!

If you are looking to exercise outside though, you could alternate for the best of both worlds. Personally, I bike and never run, but that's because I have hip problems. If you have any joint problems, don't start running!

I run and IMO it is the best exercise to get me trim and lean.

Tell me, when is the last time you saw a fat swimmer?

Plus, it is much better on the joints and you get an aerobicc and anaerobic workout rolled into one.

I wish I lived in a building with a pool. I bike because my knees can't take a lot of running.
