I recently played tennis after a very long time. It has been almost a decade from the last time I actually played & join a school competition. Imagine my grief when after a most recent play 3 weeks ago, my right knee seems to not feel right. My shoulders, back, my right knee are all back to normal now. My right knee is giving me some problems though. The discomfort that I felt has now turned to pain, especially everytime I bend it. I'm having trouble reaching down when I drop a pen or my wallet. I've already seen an ortho. To rule out fracture, I've taken the 1st step and that's to take the xray. I'm still waiting so I'm crossing my fingers. I just hope it's nothing serious. The ortho said that I may have tendonitis - a few tears of my tendons and ligaments but it's still best to wait for the results. So wish me luck!
By the way, do you have any suggestion for me to avoid this in the future? i love playing tennis so I'm not ready to give it up.
