for those of you doing p90x classic..

or for those who have already completed the program..

do you ever sub core synergis for yoga x day? just wondering. i am thinking of subbing the yoga out for another routine or just modifying. i am always having to cut the wo short bc kids wake up, etc. i am finding challenging though i wish i would sweat a little more like some of the other wo. i have read that some ppl on spark ppl, etc have subbed this out but woudl that be a fair sub? or just another challenging yoga dvd (open to suggestions) that would be 60 min or less? also, on rest or stretch day, do any of you add cardio x instead?if so how does it to compare to plyo? i am a big cardio person and have been loving p90 but just wanting to modify a little. any insight would be most appreciated. thanks-amy

I am doing classic but not the yoga because its too advanced for me so I sub it with stretch.I am subbing plyo with cardio because its just too much for me.I was 119 when I started it but my knees cant take all the jumping. But you can modify the moves on Plyo, just do what Pam does in the video. My second round will be the lean version which has no plyo but does have 3 days of cardio workouts and only 2 days of resistance.Tony did say that cardio can be subbed for plyo.

thx for your response! much appreciated i love the plyo even though it is hard on the knees the yoga is just too long for me with all that i have to do in the morning.. i like it just not enough time! thanks for the suggestion to use cardio x for another day of cardio, too. i have actually been using a turbo jam cardio video (beachbody co too) for a bit more cardio. i am on week 3 coming up on recov week. have a great day
