Help! 5 days...

Hey everyone,

I have an event on Friday and bought a gorgeous dress off ebay for the event. It came in the mail today and I had to have TWO FRIENDS zip me into it. It fits, but I'm afraid that the seams will rip any moment!!

Does anyone have any suggestions for trimming down a little before the event? I know its only 4 days away but every little bit helps!

Also I'm in a cast so intense cardio is out of the question...

Thanks!!!

wear some sort of supportive undergarment. like a yummie tummie or a one piece. i'm not sure what size you are/what your troubled spots are, but you can lose up to a dress size with something like that.

Drink LOTS of water(drink nothing else) and NO SODIUM. It wont make you lose weight, that would be unrealistic in 5days, but it might make you drop some extra water

Herbal body wrap everyday. You should be able to get them done at a local spa but can get pretty pricey. You lose inches but only lasts for a short time. Probably be cheaper to get another dress though.

A herbal body wrap that makes you lose inches that quick doesn't sound too good or healthy to me. Is this like a sauna thing?
I hope nobody spends a ton of money on these expecting some kind of miracle.

Supahstahxluv,
for another dress.

Herbal body wraps aren't meant for any "miracle". It gives you immediate temporary inch loss due to herbs moving the bulky toxins from the fat cells into the lymph system. It detoxifies and stimulates lymphatic and circulatory systems. There's no weight loss involved and of course the inches are gonna come back on. If she wanted to do it for 5 days to fit into a dress it would work though, imo. When I go to the spa for the day it's relaxing and feels good so I get it done. I'm measured before and after and I lose inches.

^ Be nice... I'm sure she didn't purposely buy a too-tight dress, it was online!

And my best advice is yes with the water thing, and foods that are high in sodium, also anything really sugary, or have a lot of carbs. These things cause a lot of bloating in our bodies and I notice a pretty dramatic difference if I lay off them for a few days.

If you're determined to wear that dress, good luck to you!

I body wraps. You are right that you can lose inches from one and its temporary. It just feels good to detox and relax.
