want to lose a few of my extra lbs...and tone tone tone up for summer! I don't care so much about the scales just want to look like I did a few years ago...I will take my before pics tonight..

I'm sorry to say I just got home and I am in no fit state to work out for an hour and 15 mins.  I will start tomorrow and skip kempo
My goal is to tone up. I want to get to 115. Right now I weigh 105. The last time I got to 110 (lost fat an gained muscle) and I needed a few lbs extra. My frame is very small so if I don't gain muscle I will look like skeletor. |

| | I am starting again for real on tuesday. I am going to have nothing going on in the evenings until March because the bf is training for a fight, so I have no excuse. I am customizing my own program though, because I need a focus on the upper body. It will look like this for the first month:
Day 1: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 2: Core Synergistics
Day 3: Back & Biceps, Ab Ripper X
Day 4: Legs & Back
Day 5: Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X
And I will have 2 rest days  My goal is to tone my arms, back and midsection. I am happy with my legs and booty, but know leg workouts are essential to overall fitness.
