Not only do I love it...but I am a certified instructor ;). I can credit combo of Turbo Jam and eating right that helped me lose a lot of weight.
This is a very high intensity work out if you do it right!! get the weighted gloves when you are ready to "up the ante"
-Keep your fingers rolled in, thumbs over your fingers (not under!)
-be light on your feet
-WATCH YOUR KNEES!!! the one thing almost all instructors complain about is knee issues. don't PLANT your feet into the ground keep the "boxer shuffle" going and when you are doing twists (punch, cross, punch, knee up) be sure to twist your hips and make sure you are moving your feet so you don't twist your knee.
-when you are bringing your knees up for the "knee strike" lean yourself back a bit and rotate your hips to side but point your knee to the front...that will work your obliques.
-Punches: all your force should originate from your back/core...keep your tummy tucked and try to keep focus on your core throughout the workout.
