Also an Ebay return question

Hello,
Just wanted to get some info and insight. Got an item and it was not as described (it was fake). Discussed with the seller, explained the situation and told her I want full refund and gave her a chance to accept it before I file a claim.I also said I was going to throw the fake away unless she wants it back but she would have to pay for the return. She agreed to give a full return plus pay for my return shipping.

How should I proceed? Should I give her an estimate of the cost first and have her pay me first before returning? Or should I just return and have her refund me upon delivery?

If I ship with tracking, I am not concerned of the full refund because I can always then file a claim. However can she back out and not pay for the return shipping? Because if that is the case, I rather just file a claim and not return the item as a fake and just throw it out. Thanks.!!!!

Item should be returned prior to any refund or payment for shipping. In the end even if you file a ebay/paypal dispute there is no guarantee of a refund on your return shipping, only the total price you paid and they would require you to return the item in most cases.
