I'd recommend hemming those. Bootleg + stacking does not look good in my opinion.

I have these and yeah, you will be blue for a bit! Also, I found that that waist didn't stretch out too much. If you have a waist band stretcher I recommend using that, or just wet stretch it. Other than that you look awesome!
