| | | I've decided to.. jump onto the dry denim band wagon..
However, I still need to decide what size I need to get. When people say SSK, do they mean Super slim kim or the Stretch slim kim? I'm really into the stretch ones actually, what size should I get? ANy help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

| | yay! more people!!! this has really picked up this last week! esp for you ladies, it's great
SSK=super slim kim
and sizing, I don't know, I wear regular ralfs and slim jims, but ladies, have you been sizing up one maybe? they will stretch a little, the stretch ones will, of course, strech even a little more...

| | Noobie, you should size up about one in the slim kims in dry stretch on revolve. The waist size is actually the waist in inches. For example, a size 25 is actually 25" and not ~27" like it is in 7FAM or other brands. I hope that makes sense |

| | | Will do then! So.. If I wear a 26 then I'll need to get at least a 28? Cause I'll need a 28" waist. Does that sound right to you, vpan?

| | | Yup! You may be able to do a 27 as well since the jeans are suppose to fit tight.. and eventually loosen up with wear. Note that this is my experience with the slim kims in dry stretch (98% cotton, 2% elastan). I'm not sure if the sizing is the same for other styles/cuts/100% cotton. |

| | | I wear a 27/28 in most brands. And I got a 27 in the Nudie SSK, they're uber tight in the waist. But the 28's were fine in the waist - so if you want them rather loose, go with the larger of your sizes.

| | | Also, Men's Club carries Nudies (I definitely remember seeing SSK at the Park Royal location) and The Block in Gastown does too. I'm sure there are a few in Gastown/Yaletown area that sell Nudie. If you're looking for other nice/dry/Japanese denim, check out Dutil, also in Gastown. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
