HELP! Earnest Sewn Sizing

I've never owned a pair of Earnest Sewn's before, and I really like the Hefner 06's in the Maz Dark. They're 100% cotton, so should I stick with a 24 (I usually fit 24 in coh, sfam) or size up to a 25?
