G-star Denim

I have a pair of g-star jeans (I think raw denim, they say 3DRaw).. they're suppose to be tapered fit, but they're kind of baggy on me. I was wondering if I wash them, and dry, would they shrink, or are they pre shrunk? I'm debating on whether or not I should return them, or try to dry and shrink them. Any suggestions from experience?

Majority of g-star jeans arnt raw even though its called g-star Raw lol.

Theres a 95% chance they will not shrink if u wash them. Either return them or go to a tailor.

^He's right. Raw is just part of their brand/name. 3D Raw is actually a wash name, so the jeans you have are already prewashed.

Yep. It's a sanforised denim that has been washed, won't shrink much even if you wash it hard and chuck it in the dryer.

I have a pair of Radar Straight that I wanted to shrink a bit, that I hot washed and tumble dried which yielded about 2-3% shrinkage for G-star denim.

If you wanna have a real selvaged raw denim from G-Star:
They just have made one the last few months aftefr many yaers.

Unfortunately G-Star had stopped their beautifull selvage raw denim stuff like US-Lumber, US-Short, US-First and so on from the 90-ies.
Perhaps they'll do some replicas again
----------
Jeansmusuem:
The Jeansmsueum encourage people to wear their raw denim stuff as long as possible and best if never washed to keep their original rawd enim colour. After their end of lifecycle, hang them on a wall, frame them in or whatever, but just never throw them away. But if you wanna get rid of them at any time, then contact the Jeansmusuem, who offers a safe place for all your beloved favorite items, where they can survive forever in the rael world not on the net only.

I am a fan of G star jeans and I can say from my experience that a pair of these will not shrink, if you wash them.

I am also sure this jeans will never shrink because 90% shrinkage will removed in first wash which done by company itself before making finished jeans.
