Mom+Denim=Anger

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum.

I felt the need to join because my mum just got her hands on my new pair of raw denim jeans and ironed the outside. They are now covered in a lot of shiny spots and I was wondering if there was a way to remove these?

Will they wear out or has she just ruined them? I had been wearing them in and hadn't planned on washing them but returned home to find them washed and in the process of being ironed on the outside... HELP!

Isn't the larger concern the fact that she washed them (in a washing machine I assume), then dried them in the dryer (I assume).

What kind of jeans? How much wear did you put in already?

Even though that sucks at least you have someone doing your laundry.

You got to hide the shit like it's your finest stash.

I only had a couple of weeks wear in them.

They're organic denim from Howies.

These guys.

Luckily they weren't tumble dried... It says DO NOT TUMBLE DRY on the inside of them so it's not a complete disaster. I guess we'll see how it goes. I was hoping that after a bit of wear the shine will f*ck off!

Cheers for the advice guys.

Stuart

That really sucks. I think they may be done. Just make her get you a new pair for Christmas or something. She probably had no idea that you can't wash them but still, she kind of owes you now.
