Dry Denim Waist Size

I would like to try some dry selvage jeans but have been reading that they stretch a fair bit. I wear a 30 in TR's / R&R's and they fit well (30 R&R is perfect). Say if I went for a pair of Nudie slim jim's, what waist size should be looking for?

Thanks!

Edit: Went with 29's, fingers crossed.

Try size 29 as when wearing dry denim they tend to stretch out or get size 30.

They're going to be tight without a doubt but DO stretch out a full size (IMO).

I can wear size 29 R&Rs perfectly and my Slim Jim Drys were 29 as well. They fit tight/perfect when I got them but stretched out to be half a size bigger than my R&Rs. I can still wear without a belt but it does not perfectly sit on the waist like it used to.
