fake selvedge denim

Anybody's seen selvedge denim being faked online? Like sugarcanes and samurai jeans? Is it safe to say that if the selvedge is shown, the chances are the jeans are not counterfeit? read somewhere that even selvedge denim is being counterfeited and sold online now... thanks to anyone who clears up the air...

yeah some are like those brands^. I would say the majority are not faked or not faked in excess like other brands though.

i highly doubt that sugarcanes and samurai's are faked. Those brands are a little nichey, and I dont think they will be faked
