Anyone familiar with this line? I saw a Skinner worn/unwashed pair at Off 5th and the denim looked/felt fantastic aside from the subtle hc and whiskers which I don't really mind.

they are decent.... pretty much the same as the premium line from a few years ago...

i wouldnt pay more than 60$ for them tho... any more than that and id just save some money and get something nicer.

I have a pair of Skinners and I find them pretty awesome.
I had buy a size larger than usual

I like what I've seen of that line, I really want to give it a try, that and the Wrangler 47 line as well.

The biggest problem I find with the luxury line of Levis/Wrangler is that they have the pockets as the ones you find at walmart for $10. Of course they don't look the same, but then I would rather not be associated with buying clothes at walmart.

This is just my personal reasons

I guess iit depends why you buy, status or fit/qualiyt

I guess people who can't tell that the jeans are different in quality might mix up that they're just regular Levi's jeans... but then again, would those people know Diesel or True Religion?

I am sure a lot of people mix Diesel up with Guess, and True Religion (at least in the states) with those copy cat brands (I actually saw a kid in copy cat TRs...!) I also saw at Macys when I was visiting the states a brand that copied Nudie pockets!

Anyways, the thing is I live in a shitty suburb where 99% of the people don't know how to dress or buy really cheap clothes. For you Canadians out there, the highest end stores in my mall are Mantique and Lattitude, which is kinda sad. I know I can get the fit and quality in other brands!

I love to buy a pair. How much were they? as you've noticed my other post, I've been looking to buy nice fitting jeans.. I think levi's fit very well. I seen a guy with one pair on and they seemed like regular pair too.. I wish I can figure out what they are.

They're like $150 retail and UO carries the Skinner worn I'm talking about but also check your local Off 5th if they have you size for about $90.
