Opinion on Skull jeaans

I'm interested in the Skull Jeans 5010xx
https://own-magazine.com/store/produ...products_id=52

Does anyone have any experience with these? How similar are they to the Nudie Slim Jim?

i'm not knowledgeable about the cut, but i have a different cut, the linda's, and they are amazing denim, half selvedge, beautiful, fading really nicely, and i'm not super active in em. Creases hold up really well in em, but they're soft as butter.

skull jeans are one of the best japanes denim brands around. the 5010xx has a similar fit to the 501 but with a more tapered and slim fit. mr calvin oscar(a member) has one and you can ask him about this

I'm probably going to pick up a pair, but I'm bummed out on the shipping costs.

okay I was looking for a slim straight raw that wasn't nudie, and found this thread. So with the 5010xx... as if you didn't see it coming, how is the sizing? Looking at their sizing charts, im kinda stuck between a 27 and 28. I wear 28s in Farcos, and im looking for a slim fit.

Also for any Americans or Canadians that ordered... did you get charged any customs fees? If the Canadians did (and I wouldn't doubt it), I am going to have to beg my sister to order, or order from Blue in Green when they stock... or order from them to her or something! (whatever is cheapest )

Anyways...
