For creatine monohydrate, it is recommended to take in 20g (4 servings) for about 3-5 days during the loading process and 5g maintainance thereafter. If you do choose to use creatine, cycle it 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
For creatine ethyl esther, there is no need for the loading phase apparently.
Either way, I don't think loading phases are all that neccessary. Even for creatine monohydrate.
