No, I don't think I lost weight from eating protein shakes. I lost weight because I reduced my calories, ate healthier and exercised. I added structure to my routine by using the Isagenix products which I defintely believe helped me. It doesn't work for everyone. Each person has their own way of getting to where they want to be weight-wise and their own person tastes.
I was notorious for eating late-night, eating shitty combos of food and eating too much. So, adding the meal replacement bars/shakes to my diet actually helped me to stay on track and I ended up really liking the taste and convenience of them with my busy lifestyle. In my opinion, they are a very nutritious meal choice.
I really just wanted to know if anyone else had every tried it and what there experience with the products has been.
