Same diet, but gaining weight?
My new years resolution this year was to finally start a diet and workout routine. It finally stuck this year, and I lost 50 pounds since the beginning of the year. I have stuck to the same diet for the last 8 months while slowly adding more calories every few weeks. I run 4-5 miles a day as well. I went on a couple trips over the last month, and was pretty good about sticking close to my diet and got my workouts in as often as I could.
Now the problem, I have been home for two weeks, and it seems that I am on a steady weight gain!
My clothes are fitting tighter now, and I can see that I am puffing up again. I have not changed a thing as I am still watching what I eat and exercising daily.
Anyone have any idea what in the world could be going on?! It's just really frustrating as I worked so hard to get to where I am now and I have gained 5 pounds in the last two weeks! Thanks!
